Opening Monero to the world

Haveno is a non-custodial, decentralized exchange platform for crypto and fiat currencies built on Tor and Monero.

It doesn't get more private than that.

Monero makes transactions on Haveno fast, cheap and completely private.

All connections between Haveno peers run through the Tor network.

Decentralized

There is no central authority. All trades are P2P between users.

Supports Monero

Haveno aims to grow Monero's community and mature its software.

Installing Haveno

Haveno can be installed on Linux, macOS, and Windows by using a third party installer and network. We do not endorse any networks at this time.

A test network is also available for users to make test trades using Monero's stagenet. See the instructions to build Haveno and connect to the network.

Alternatively, you can start your own network.

Note that Haveno is being actively developed. If you find issues or bugs, please let us know.

Development and Bounties

See the official GitHub repository for the core Haveno application written in Java.

Haveno also supports a TypeScript client which communicates with the Haveno daemon through gRPC APIs.

Development is incentivized through bounties, which are awarded in XMR. See the docs page on GitHub for more information.
